The house is connected to mains electricity and mains water and has a bore hole for irrigation purposes.
The house has a footprint of 99 square meters and the plot measures a total of 2730 square meters.
The property is protected by a well maintained hedge row and has a vehicle and a pedestal entrance. The house is located on the village road. One of the two accesses to the house is up a stone staircase decorated with traditionally featured bricks which lands on a terrace to the rear of the house. From here there are wonderful views into the garden. From the terrace there is a door which opens into the corridor running the length of the house.
To the left, we have a traditional kitchen with large open fireplace which was used to fume sausages and other food.
Across the kitchen, there is a sunny living room with wooden staircase to the attic. The attic has good standing height and could be converted into more living space. The roof structure is wood and the roof tiles are in good state of repair.
Down the corridor, there is a functional bathroom with a shower cabin, a toilet, a bidet and a pedestal sink. Also a good sized bedroom and another room which could be used either as a smaller bedroom or a study on the left hand side. On the right hand side, at the end of the corridor, there is a dining room. Next to it there is another good sized bedroom, and a door which opens to the marble faced staircase to the ground floor.
The windows of the house are well preserved wood with traditional wooden indoor shutters. The ceilings are high and wood. Except for the kitchen and the bathroom, the floors are wood.
The ground floor is used as storage and a large garage. There is a single door and a double vehicle door, both made of iron. The ground floor has high ceilings. The supporting beams are concrete, while the ceilings are wood.
The garden next to the house is boasts a large number of decorative flowers, bushes and trees, and there is a bbq and an exterior sitting area. Adjacent to the flowering garden there is a fruit tree orchard with a good number of different fruit trees.
From the vehicle access in the hedge there is access to the flat plot of land which would be ideal for having a large vegetable garden.
