The current owners are keen self sufficient growers, therefore the 60.000ltr tank is also used as a pool in the summer, the overflow water is then filtered into another tank with aquatic plants and is then used for irrigation, to the best of our knowledge at the time of this publication the tank can be converted into a proper swimming pool. The house is located on the edge of the village of Ródão, close to the town of Condeixa-a-Nova.

The municipality town of Condeixa-a-Nova it's 4.5km distance where you find, all required amenities, registry office, notary services, banks, supermarket, schools, public swimming pool parks, cafés en restaurants.
Figueira da Foz the beautiful coastal beach is easily accessed in approximately 40 minutes drive.
All major European high street shopping is available in city of Coimbra the 3rd biggest city in Portugal which is only 20 minutes drive.
Porto and Lisbon airports are at similar distance from the property, Porto is less then 1.30 min drive and Lisbon at 1.45 min.
The natural park of Lousã mountain is less then an hour away and the sky resort of serra da Estrela is 2 hours away by car.
